I ordered through postmates. And asked for the stuffed crust pizza to be cooked WELL DONE. Says it on the receipt. Not only that but after placing my order online I called the store to also confirm the well done instructions and was assured they got it... pizza was so far from well done it was quite literally the opposite. Dough in the middle wasn't even cooked and still gooey. Pizza, toppings, and cheese was cold to the touch. Not a warm spot on it at all. Went to this location twice now and have not been able to get what I want because the staff simply doesn't want to wash dishes. Tried to order cheese bread and a deep dish pizza and was told on both occasions that they were about to close and weren't selling any item that came in a pan. Both times it was at least 45 minutes before they closed. More than enough time to make the items and wash the pans before close. I ended up going to the Bacon's Bridge location AFTER leaving the Central Ave. location and they were more than happy to make my order. This is beyond ridiculous!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I highly do not recommend this location for future orders, manager doesn’t seem to care about the poor quality and customer service the location provides. Nothing was done to rectify the below situation. You shouldn’t have to recook your food entirely at home after ordering for pick up. Stuffed Pretzel crust pizza that was ordered looks nothing like pretzel crust on the little Caesar website. Pizza that was ordered was returned and a new pizza was made incorrectly with cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce like the original order. The replaced pizza was brought home and then found to be raw and extremely doughy prior to my family beginning to eat. No refund could be given at the store, but was instead referred to corporate where I had to wait on hold for an hour and still haven’t reached anyone (waiting for a call back). Took over an hour to prepare my 2 item order! Idk if there’s more than 1 manager or not but the guy manager with the dreads is extremely rude and likes to argue with customers! Very unprofessional! When I did receive my order my deep dish pizza was severely burnt and had almost no sauce on it! Do not recommend this location! Pretty good for fast food pizza. Always a pleasure to come here. Employees and managers are super friendly. Drive thru or order inside are usually pretty fast. Awful!!! Ordered a deep dish meat pizza and went all the way home with it only to notice that it wasn't done! This was the second time this happened from here, but now it's time for a review! The yeast was thick, squishy, and simply UNCOOKED!! The meat was done of course, but the bread wasn't at all. The cheese was like a camouflage for hiding the uncooked bread! I did call management and she was apologetic. That was fine, but two things...check the oven or your preparers who are overseeing the pizza or both! My kids always go here for a quick meal, but I'm not too sure about returning at this point. It's so convenient being by our home, but I don't mind driving elsewhere if it means what they're going to eat will be fixed properly and not RUSHED because they are busy. Thumbs wayyyy down for me!

Live close by I’ve been to this location several times.. you could drive to the grocer I store buy a pizza and bake it at home before this location can get one large pepperoni ready Service: 1
