Ordered pizza online to be delivered. I asked for the pizza to be well done. Well the pizza isn’t even at all done nor is it well done. Spent $33. Called the store to see what they could do and the manager and staff at the location were very polite. The manager called the owner to see what they could do for me. He called back and said the owner said that I needed to drive to the store with the pizza and they would make me a new one. I’m sorry what?!!!! You want me to drive to the store to correct your error and not making my pizza correctly? What a joke!!!! Don’t go here owner doesn’t care about quality or customer service. Go to a different location …

The man working the counter I think his name was bracket was a very good employee. I could tell he was very dedicated to the job and wanted his customers to have a happy experience. Walked in to the some gangsta rap blasting through the whole store with cus words. Are we in the hood? Store was dirty, staff didn't care to take orders for 5 min. I had the Detroit deep dish with the Crazy Bread. First time ordering from the app and had issues. The supervisor was very patient and walked me through my order step by step. Itwasvery appreciative. Hot and Ready pizzas are a big hit with my kids. There is better pizza but the price is good. Last couple of times the wait has been 10 minutes or so
