First time doing portal pickup from this location and it’ll definitely be my last. ordered a stuffed crust with regular sauce, half cheese and half pep. It did in fact NOT come with any sauce on it and was also not cooked completely. As a service industry worker myself I find this just complete laziness and whatever manager is on shift should definitely be questioned on their idea of quality food or service. They weren’t busy, with one person waiting, so there should be no reason for such a SIMPLE pizza to be completely doughy and un edible. complete waste of money. Bad inconsistent pizza quality, gave my wife terrible stomach ache the following day which I can guarantee has never been an issue, not to mention both pizzas looked manhandled missing pieces of crust. 2 pizzas took 25 minutes with only one other customer, and online orders off for the night. I noticed the manager serving her friend 5+ pizzas and multiple sides and a calzone with seemingly no ticket to pay/ no tags on any items, probably what caused the holdup on 2 pizzas, one was cheese 🙄 Yet they couldn't honor my code for a free crazy bread with my order, since they shut off online orders early that night. A whopping $3.50 value, no problem just pretty silly. Not convinced that it's sanitary at this point and definitely not consistent with other stores quality. Maybe you could take pride in what you do and see what follows 🤷 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m going to take a wild guess and say all the 5 star reviews are fake. Anyone with eyes can see how disgusting this location is and how unprofessional the staff is. The manager has kids hanging out every time I’ve been here. I’ve seen people come in and just go to the kitchen who clearly aren’t working. The employees have no sense of urgency and look like they’d rather be anywhere but work. Definitely done with this location. They can’t even get a simple pepperoni pizza correct… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a supreme and I got basically a pepperoni I was so angry you would think a place that's been in business as long as it has would have a chart telling the employees how to make something so it's the same thing over and over again I got a few sprinkles of meat on there and a whole bunch of pepperoni and that's not what I wanted and barely any vegetables at all.

Do Not I repeat Do Not go to this location...... On Sunday I went and ordered 3 large pepperoni pizza for my son's while they watched the game. Well got home and pizzas were totally uneatable. Burnt and then recooked so rock hard. I tried multiple times to contact for a refund only to be hung up on and ignored. Walked in and was not greeted whatsoever. Picked up a Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza. The lady with the glasses and hat on just stood at the counter and looked at me and didn’t say one word when I ordered in the whole interaction. Employees letting friends and kids just walk around throughout the store and kitchen as they wish. random people around don't know who the actual Employees are. watched Employees walk outside to smoke and chat on phone, just to walk in and start making orders without washing or anything. service is slow, orders getting lost. place is not appealing, but the workers are extremely nice, and talkative. Called in order and was told 8 minutes. I got there in 6 minutes and waited another 20 minutes. The manager, who took my order and told me 8 minutes, unapologetically said I had to make bread. The pizza was not very good. The large Detroit thick crust was more like a medium from other places. The large thin crust over cooked. Lousy pizza for $27 and worse service.
