The pizza was great because I called it in to be made fresh. The cheese and sauce was perfect and the pepperoni just topped it all off. The lady seemed like she was having a long day and wasn't too friendly but I understand that she might have been frustrated in the industry. I highly recommend anyone to call in some pizza first instead of doing the hot n ready pick up if you want some nice fresh pizza. 10/10 best pizza I've had from this chain. Previously our go to pizza. Picked up a cheese pizza for the grandkids just after 4 pm. Employee was counting register so waited about 5 minutes. Got pizza and took to grandkids. When we opened the box it was obvious that the pizza had been in the warmer for hours. Cheese was completely dried out and crust was tough. Insult to injury was price has increased.
