This location has disappointed in the past, but today was fantastic! I ordered online and the pizza was ready within 15 minutes. My order was correct and the food was cooked just right!! I ordered a deep dish supreme pizza. They didn’t cook it long enough. It was cold and slimy. And the crazy bread definitely had been sitting for a while. I ended up throwing everything away. Had me park to wait for my pizza and abandoned me outside until I finally went inside to ask about my order. Upon being questioned, I was presented immediately with an old pizza with someone else's name on it. Always a slow , bad experience here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would be one if it wasn't for the wings, literally just ordered from doordash and I have not one but 2 pizzas that is literally riddled with bubbles and not small ones either. One slice is completely covered with a giant bubbles except for an inch and a half. I measured because I was stunned on how big it was as someone who worked in the pizza industry for both of my starting jobs. I normally don't write these because I hate getting people in trouble as a 20 yr old who understands minimum wage jobs can be tough but Jesus, this was awful. There was also a very minimal amount of not only cheese but sauce as well. Keep a better eye on the pizza when it's cooking and pop the bubbles. This should've been remade, not sent out.

Worst $10 ever spent. I went and ordered crazy bread the were flat and hard so I went back in To get new one fresh and had to pay again for the new one and waited for them to be hot flat and hard again……. Customer service was average. Not good or bad. Just not very friendly but they assisted and brought the pizzas out when they were done. The pizza toppings were correct but both pizzas were burnt. Like inedible burnt. I was in a rush so of course didnt check them before I left. Nice surprise when getting home. I ordered a custom pizza, so it had to be made to order along with a pepperoni. We dont typically go to this location but I was in the neighborhood so we stopped by. After ordering, I read the reviews so I wasnt surprised at that point. Definitely a never go back experience. The inside of the store is clean. The employees were nice and had an overall pleasant demeanor. The drive-up window got a lot of traffic but was a nice addition. They originally said it would take about 12 minutes for my order, but it took about 20. Most likely because of the drive-up window traffic.

It's tiny inside its a grab n go place. But our pizza was perfect. The thickest crust is the best. The manager came around and talked to the kids and gave them each the new brownies with the cookie dough or candy bar in it and those were bomb!
