Ordered a Chese Pretzel Crust Pizza online.Went to pick it up & noticed the crust was not the usual dark brown that the Pretzel Pizza has. Was told by the employee working the front not to worry. Said they ran out of baking soda which they put on top of the crust and gives it that pretzel look. That the baking soda does not affect the flavor. And my pizza would taste the same as usual. Got home took one bite and felt like I had been swindled. The store was closed and there was no one to call. I took a picture of the pizza and threw it out. If I had to guess it was their cheesy crust.
Tried calling the store today, No answer. So I essentially paid $9 for one bite of the wrong pizza. I'm sure this is not representative of how every customer interaction goes with this location. But knowing that they employ cold stone liars makes me think this is a store I can not trust. I personally will not go there again. Was my first time going to any Little Caesars in many years may be my last. Pizza Hut or Dominoes from now on.
If you go to this location beware the employees will lie and lie again to get you to walk out that door with some kind of pizza but possibly not the one you want. Cold hearted they are

Tried to call in an order, but they NEVER answer. So I went to the app and ordered from there. Ordered at 6pm, it said it would be ready at 7. I hadn’t gotten an email saying it was ready and they hadn’t updated the tracking… once again not answering the phone… so my husband goes to pick up the pizza & im pretty sure no one had done anything with my order after over an hour. He got there and they started to make my pizza once he was there asking about it. It’s been almost an hour & a half with STILL NO PIZZA & no apology or anything.

I cannot believe this place is failing because they do not have workers!!! Is only two guys and the frustration with the managers is another level! They try! But I was sleep in the lobby! I BEEN HERE FOR 45 MIN! MANAGER OF THIS PLACE SHOULD BE FIRED !!! IS AN INSULT TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE!

I went to this Lil Caesars on 1138 Riverside Ave in Rialto. I put my order in on the App and to pick it up at 3:00pm. The front desk, the younger guy said I was at the wrong one, but the address of my order was on my phone, and it's correct. He looks for it throughout the kitchen, and still nothing. I still didn't get an answer if my order was received. It was a big mystery until a cook was slicing my pizza and didn't say anything to anyone. It's like he could careless if I get my pizza or not. I asked him why he didn't say anything or give my pizza to me? He said he didn't hear me. I'm finding it hard to believe that I'm getting this treatment from certain people in fast food. My advice to you is to stop having an attitude with customers, if you don't want to work, stay your butt home. I don't need your bad customer service.
