i was really REALLY excited to try this place. I wanted to take my partner out to a nice dinner, when we arrived we were greeted by the super nice hostess lady, she sat us outside and it was beautiful, our server (i think her name was janeen) was intentive but also not intentive…. she was thorough with explaining the menu but it was alot. I dont like going places where the servers tell you what is and isnt good on something because it ruins it for me when i want to make my own decisions without a opinion on it. Anyways, we get our drinks and they were good, the food however was mediocre. I have never complained about a steak in my life but this was the first time i did, it was somehow rare on the inside (how i ordered it) but completely dry on the outside and WAAAY too charred. I did not like it at all. the best part of the meal was the mushrooms and beverages, . I find it odd that the server offered to re-cook my steak, but when I declined and just asked for blue cheese butter she charged me for it, yet would have not charged me for the steak i didnt like if i did have one remade. That made no sense to me. we werent offered a discount or anything, and it felt rude that she placed the bill infront of my boyfriend as if the man is always paying, I was paying for dinner. I think this is the longest review i have ever written but the steak was terrible, drinks were good, server was off to me (also took forever to come back and we had to ask one of the water guys for a box) and i am just extremely let down that i spent $290 at this place.

I had an exquisite Valentine's Day dinner at Litchfield’s! The evening was simply magical, from the elegant ambiance to the impeccable service. The special Valentine's menu was a culinary masterpiece, featuring delectable courses crafted with precision and flair. Each dish, from the appetizers to the desserts, was a celebration of flavors and creativity. The romantic atmosphere added to the charm of the evening, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team at Litchfield’s for making our Valentine's Day so memorable. Highly recommended for any special occasion or romantic dinner! Litchfield's is a fine dining staple of the area and it is obvious why. The quality that Chef Adam holds the menu and staff to is exemplary. We dined for the special Valentine's Day fixed menu event and were not disappointed. The staff took careful considering for my boyfriend's gluten free diet, and made sure to check and double check ever menu item for him. Each course was spectacular. The drinks were top notch. Staff were all super friendly, genuinely seemed to want their guests to enjoy their time there. Can't wait for an opportunity to dine there again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My boyfriend and I dined here recently. This place is amazing. The butter flight is delicious! Highly recommend. Our meals were made to perfection. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, great for conversation. It's tucked away inside the resort so it was a little hard to find. We will definitely be coming back to try more things on the menu. This place won't disappoint. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I have visited not only several wine tasting events in the past but Litchfield's Restaurant numerous times in the past year. I wanted to reach out and let someone know of our experience last evening 12/8/23. Upon arrival at 7:45pm to our reservation we were greeted by the Hostess who offered to set us in the restaurant. I heard the live music in the bar area and asked that we be seated in that area. Without hesitation she obliged and immediately sat us. Our waitress came and introduced herself within minutes. She was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. She left after giving us the menus and wine list to return within an expected time. We weren't ready to order so I asked to have a couple more minutes to decide. Again, she obliged and we proceeded to look over the menu. I would like to preface the following with the fact that there were several Christmas parties and she was extremely busy. Not to mention the was a an over the top intoxicated individual that the Manager asked a couple times to settle down. So we understand her being busy however, I am in the customer service business as well. Unfortunately, another 15 minutes passed and I had to tell the waitress we were ready to order. Upon coming to our table she apologized for forgetting us. We proceeded to order cocktails, an appetizer (butter flight) and entrees. My wife and I drank our cocktails and within another ten minutes the Manager arrived at our table and apologized for what I thought was the lack of attentiveness but it could have been for the intoxicated party. I am still not sure. My wife and I then continued our evening. Our waitress returned within an expected time frame and asked if we'd like another cocktail. My wife declined and I ordered another. I never received my drink UNTIL the Manager again came to the table, apologized and asked if I wanted another drink. She went back and informed our waitress to get my cocktail. Our waitress returned with my drink and I asked about the appetizer which still hadn't arrived. She apologized and stated she would check. When she went to check, the runner arrived a few minutes with our entrees. We proceeded to eat our dinner. Our waitress then returned with the appetizer that I understandably declined. She again, apologized. Lastly, I asked for our check- the waitress asked to pay for our dessert, I declined- the manager then came over, apologized and asked to pay for our dessert I declined. I was then given 10% off our bill per the waitress. When we left the hostess while walking out apologized again. In thinking the evening through with my wife I legitimately believe we were apologized to 7 times.I dont want dessert, I dont want 10% Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The 5 star reviews and elegant pictures drew me in to book my wedding night dinner at Litchfield’s. Unfortunately for me and my family, we had an incredibly disappointing experience here. When I had called to book our table, the attendee on the phone (Delilah) had asked if we wanted one of the private rooms. We had declined as we wanted to be closer to the live music - when we showed up for our reservation, we were seated….in a private dining room… We were incredibly hungry since we hadn’t eaten all day, ordered appetizers right away. Bread and butter never tasted so good. But the experience afterwards is where we were let down. 3 of us (including myself and my wife) had ordered the Hanger Steak, my parents had ordered the Half Chicken. Needless to say the chicken came out lukewarm and potatoes were definitely old and not made fresh that day (nor were they clean). As for the steaks, all 3 of us had to send it back 2 times!!! We refused to send it back a third time and opted to just not eat dinner… You would think if you messed up a dinner that badly for a newly wed husband and wife for their family dinner, you would take care of them. Litchfields’ manager had come up to apologize, and so did Cindy our server but I found it strange how the food wasn’t checked before serving (steaks were literally blue when we had ordered Medium’s) The “cherry on top” was them only taking off the 3 steaks from our bill. There was 8 of us, we all ordered one drink and no discount on the bill, which quite frankly we found disrespectful. I own 3 restaurants myself, and if I had screwed up a wedding dinner that bad I would’ve taken care of the bill regardless, just because it’s the right thing to do. Seeing the Wigwam Resort made me want to host our wedding there and even have them stay at the resort too! But after our experience and Litchfield’s and the disrespect shown to us, we’ll be finding someplace else… TLDR (Too Long Didn’t Read): Wedding dinner of 8, messed up our seating, messed up the bride and groom’s dinner 2 times (steak), left me and my wife hungry, barely apologetic and made us pay for a less-than-1-star experience Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Good recommendations: New York Steak or Ribeye Mashed Potatos Skip: shisito pepper (soggy) salad (1 romaine stalk) Old Fashion (too sweet, they charge 4$ to make it an old fashion) Our server Justin was attentive. The food took almost an 40 mins to come out. Would I come back? Probably not. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
