If you are having second thoughts about getting some of these Pierogi’s; do not!! They are so good and you will not regret it. Pricing is excellent, and when I tell you they are so good you won’t even want to use sour cream! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Was visiting Detroit - and looking for something out of the ordinary. Lila's came up in a search. Wow! Fantastic. Mainly filling; the outside is thin - so you get the good stuff. Sturdy enough for pan-frying; use lots of butter. About 2 dozen varieties ranging from potato and cheese to sauerkraut and polish sausage to apple pierogi.

Authentic perogi's just like my Busha used to make. Got about 3 dozen for the family coming over, and they were amazing! Can't wait to come back!

In complete transparency, I’ve known Lila’s family for many years. The store is the type of place I’d probably drive by without ever knowing what a gem it is had I not known some friends opened a shop there. I’d estimate that they always have about about 15-20 different varieties and I usually pick up a dozen of 3 different kind every time I go in. I’d like to try them in the air fryer. But those baskets are too small. I’ll still be craving more. So I sauté them in a pan until they’re golden brown. Jalapeño, ham, and cheese are one of my favorites. You will not regret giving these a try!

Always get great service here. The pierogi are delicious. They are the closest to my Babcia's when she was still here to make them for us. Do yourself a favor and grab some blueberry while they're in stock. Fry them up in butter, serve them with sour cream. Smaczne!

We stopped in to Lila's and purchased some pierogi's and stuffed cabbage. I put in a search for a Polish restaurant on Google and they came up. We were close so we went there. It is not a restaurant. Everything you purchase is frozen and you need to prepare at home with instructions. "Actually frozen solid" . Or at least we were not given another option. There is not a dinning room. Or one single plastic patio table set should not constitute for dining room. Although the food was good when we prepared it the next day. We still had to purchase food again for that day. This business should not be considered a restaurant. I don't know how this business can come up in a restaurant search. You must prepare this frozen solid food the next day after it thaws out. This should be listed as a Polish food distributor. Of frozen food You must prepare at yourself.
Best around!
Delicious pierogis, fantastic prices and even better service!
