The photos are outdated. They are now part of the Rising Bread Co. site. Just noticed it recently. I thought they went out of business. When I tried them before they were alright. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
We stop by whenever we travel thru Fargo. This place is now a shadow of its former pre-pandemic self. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
La Donna and Zack are amazing and so sweet! The entire staff is wonderful. I always look forward to getting coffee in the morning. Sometimes I will even come to the mall on my days off to see them and just say hi. Everyone at Lighthouse is awesome! :) The drinks and snacks are always delicious. This is my favorite place for great coffee. I go there so often
Have stopped here a couple of times while I have been at the mall and usually don't have much to say either way as it is an average experience, however today was different. The gal in front of me was talking after she ordered and I am not sure what she said, however the Barista that was working made the comment in a condescending tone that she doesn't have to buy her coffee from there if she didn't want to. Like I said I am not sure what the customer said, however I can't imagine an employee of mine making that kind of comment. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but customers are like teeth - ignore them and they will go away. Customer service 101 is that you listen to your customers and the customer is always right. I will probably avoid this business based on what I saw today.
