Delivery was over an hour. The driver was refusing to bring to the door so I had to call them. Then our fries& onion rings were not just soggy they were soaked.i tried to get pictures of it but hard to capture the texture.they send hot fries and onion rings in a plastic container. Who doesn't know how moisture works in plastic! She was rude on the phone to me so I hung up. I will never order from there again. Over $20 for soggy a** food is not right. Pizza was delicious. The staff was friendly. The poor girl at the counter was dealing with jerk on the phone, and handled herself like a pro. This is by far my favorite local pizza place. The orders are alwayd ready on time and correctly made, the staff are all friemdly and helpful, service is smooth and reliable and available by phone, online and in person. Everything we've tried has been delicious and portions can't be beat for the price paid. We order from here at least s could times a month and it's the only place I we'll recommend. Placed a delivery order tonight for 2. About an hour and a half later, I called them and asked if there was a problem. The girl on the phone apologized and said they were short some drivers. But she assured me they were on the way with my order. 35 minutes later, they showed up. I live 2 miles down the road. The food was probably cooked shortly after I ordered and just sat there *for 2 hours* because everything was terrible. The chicken salad - all mayo, fries - soggy, gyro - sauce was off, everything was cold... Just a complete waste of time, food, and money. Sad.

May 2022 We are pizza connoisseur’s, we LOVE pizza and always like to try new pizza places. There are really only two pizza places in Maine that we repeat order from (our go-to places) and this is one of them. Their cheese pizza is to die for! So much flavor, and it’s just as good the next day. Always friendly and courteous staff. Definitely recommend.👍🏽😊 2nd review 11/24/22- Since I can’t post an additional/separate review, here goes an additional statement… this place is fantastic! Their food…I just…is SO GOOD! The food is good, but lately everytime I order they mess something up with my order. I order 2 steak and cheeses, and I only got one. As well as I ordered extra sauce, and added bacon to a meal. I got charged for it, but didn't get any extra sauce or bacon. I wish their communication was better, or maybe the ladies who take the orders were better, this is like the third time they've messed something up, just very disappointing. I’ve had pizza from here several times now. It’s always been great and doesn’t disappoint. Not sure how or if this one is connected to Sabattus House of Pizza but I like the pizza from this one more. With that in mind, they do have an extensive menu beyond just pizza. I’m not sure how well those other dishes fare, but judging the pizza on its own it’s definitely good quality. Now, the food and the service has always been good, but the actual establishment and the atmosphere inside isn’t great. Some of the seats and tables have clear damage and are worn. There is a rooftop area which is interesting I haven’t seen that anywhere in the Lewiston area yet, however I have not been up there. Have heard some people having issues with their delivery. Personally, I would recommend getting takeout from here and picking up the order yourself. Visiting Lewiston? LHOP is a staple in the Lewiston/ Auburn area. I went here many times as a teenager and this place has always had consistent impressive service!
