Today I walked in craving a shake and tea. Lights were off and Ashley was about to close up. As I apologized and started to walk back out, she assured me that it was fine and she would be happy to make my shake and tea. I tried to refuse because I felt bad coming in after they had closed and she had absolutely no problem staying and making sure I walked out with what I wanted. I mean.. WOW!! That’s some customer service for sure!! I’m so appreciative and I will be getting all my shakes from here going forward! Thank you Ashley and Thank you to her boss who instilled good customer service values in his employees! I’m so impressed! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

Came to my job and were so sweet!! They gave us their drinks and when I tell you, they are amazing!!!! I have never liked tea before until I tried theirs! I love this store and what it has to offer, I love the message behind it also! I am so glad I got to try the drinks and witness such an amazing beginning for them! Best of luck!

The hospitality of this place is superior. In addition the teas and shakes never disappoint! Kat is one amazing owner so whether you need to just go sit on your lunch break for a chill or run in to grab a tea this is the place to be! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

I visit anywhere from 3-5 times a week. Put simply, Level 10 is great. I can't speak highly enough of this place. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. They know everybody by name and really make it an effort to get to know you and your health needs. They have a variety of smoothies like banana nut bread, cookie dough or my personal favorite, blueberry muffin, which are delicious and super healthy. Would recommend over any other smoothie place in Norman.

Perhaps let’s not yell at potential new customers when they come in to try your product. Not everyone lives in Norman so not everyone knows that Norman only is still under quarantine (even though the state is open). Pretty disappointed in how we chose to speak to clients today that were not aware of your special policy/procedures. I would rate the product but since some staff members decided to just be flat out rude and condescending - we left. Maybe next time.

Fresh and delicious shakes and teas. Roger is super awesome and friendly. If you use Google maps to get there, it will take you to an alley way behind the actual establishment. Keep this in mind if you decide to make a trip.

This is an Herbalife shake and tea bar. The guys who owns it is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They do not have non-Herbalife food or drinks. They do have a wide variety of delicious shakes and teas though!

Met two great people today. Roger and his wife really took attention to my health needs. Surprised to find out that I knew his brother. Oh and Almond Delight was awesome. Will be a returning customer

Roger has owned Level 10 for years and it is the only nutrition place I will go to! Best prices and just great group of people to do business with. Highly recommend.
