I had my daughter's wedding shower cake and Macaron tower designed and made at Let Them Eat Cake. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. The Macaron tower was a big hit and so pretty. Taylor really designed both to fit the "Petals and Prosecco" theme, could not be happier.

I have been consistently ordering at let them eat cake since the summer, shortly after they opened.
The macarons and their ever changing menu keep each week exciting, and my boyfriend and I always look forward to the new flavors of the week and what macarons and desserts we will try!
Some of our top favorites include the crème brûlée macarons, the fruity pebble macarons, salted caramel macarons, as well as the s’mores brownie, the petite fours, and their gluten-free brownies.
Aside from having some of my favorite macarons and so many new flavors I would’ve never thought of trying that I have fallen in love with, the service is on another level.
A few months ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease - severely limiting my options when it comes to baked goods in the area. While macarons are inherently gluten-free, when I had mentioned that I would love to see more gluten-free options in a comment on their Instagram, the store took my feedback, and made it a reality, offering so many gf options each week.
While their bakery is not a dedicated gf, I have not had a negative reaction.
The desserts are delish- the gf brownies are the fudgiest brownies I’ve ever had, you can tell the owner truly has passion for what she does. They are responsive and any question can be solved with a quick phone call or message. The Lehigh valley needs more small businesses and bakeries with the creativity that let them eat cake has.

I couldn’t resist leaving a review. Let me start with helpful Taylor was, I reached out to her only 3 days prior for a gender reveal cake.
She made it on time! Responding quickly!
It looked exactly the way I want it!
The place is cozy and smells so delicious 😋 it felt like being home with my grandma baking a cake.
Everyone agreed on the taste being great! Reasonable prices! Thank you Taylor!!! ❤️

Best custom macarons you will find. I have been driving an hour away to get these and they do not disappoint.
We had an error with our first order but they immediately redid them for us for my daughters birthday. Great customer service.
I can’t wait to continue to support this business and eat these amazing macarons!

Spoke to them last minute to get the perfect wedding cake. They were more than helpful and completed our order beyond our expectations, hands down most beautiful cake I have seen and absolutely delicious! The cake was the topic of discussion for everybody in the days following. Couldn’t have been happier and would highly recommend getting your cakes from here.

I like to think I'm a connoisseur of baked goods. I'm a cake snob at the very least. I've had both cupcakes and macarons from here and both were delicious. Honestly, the Earl Grey Lavendar cupcake is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. The cake is moist, not too sweet, flavors are balanced and the icing to cake ratio is perfect. Flavor options are also super creative. Unfortunately for my waistline I'll be back!

I ordered a 2-tier cake and macarones for my son's 2nd birthday and everything came out absolutely beautifully and delicious! The booking was super smooth and easy. Communication was always on point. I highly recommend Let Them Eat Cake for your next event!
