We arrived at about 9:30 in the morning and was able to order any item from the large menu. Food arrived quickly, staff was attentive. Even got a discount for auto wash next store with receipt. I will return the food was decent diner Food. Good price point.

We don't often come to Leo's for dinner but I'm glad we did! My wife's chicken stir fry and my spaghetti were both delicious! Our server Lexi was happy and engaging. It was a overall excellent meal.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to, there was pretty much everything and anything all over the floor throughout the whole entire place, dirt, food, paper towel, silverware etc etc. Bathrooms were both trashed as well, And to top it off half of our food went back to the kitchen due to being undercooked. There were maybe 20 people in the restaurant at this time so it’s not because they were too busy. After reading the other reviews it seems like this is the norm at this location. I will say our waitress did a fine job under the circumstances, she was very apologetic and embarrassed of her work environment.

Ate there this morning. It was not very busy. Waitress was slow. Food was gross. Ordered a patty melt and it was so well done it was like a hockey puck.. There were two pieces of onion on the Patti melt. Fries tasted like air with a side of grease. Waitress never came back to ask how anything was or refill our drinks. We sat there for 25 minutes staring at her talking to people. The person taking my money also didn't ask how things were. She didn't deserve the $2 I decided to leave her.

On our way home from a weekend away and made a stop for breakfast. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a man who I assume is the owner. Super friendly guy. We were seated immediately and waters were brought out promptly. The waitress was kind and attentive.
We each ordered omelettes. One was the western omelette and it was pretty standard. Regular flavor, no wow factor which is understandably difficult with breakfast food. The pancake on the side seemed like it was just from a box mix, again, no wow factor.
The other was a Mexican omelette. I don't know any Mexican food that includes canned chili on top of eggs... but it was not good. Barely ate 1/4 of it. Flavor was way off, definitely an odd combo. Hashbrowns lacked salt and flavor, unless you include the burnt pieces.
Booths are super close together, no middle divider between booths in one row. Probably needs a good cleaning in the dining area and the bathrooms were similar to something you'd find in a gas station off the highway.
If you're looking for a quick bite while traveling, this would be an okay spot. If you want a real breakfast, I wouldn't come here.

For years, Leo's has been the Go-To restaurant for me and many, many people. But, things have changed.
I have been to 3 Leo's in the last few months for a total of perhaps 8-10 visits. For some reason, each location had been having problems with their wait staff. Competency seems to be a problem. They don't enter the correct order. Or, they bring out one person's main course while the other person's main course doesn't come out until 10 minutes later. We've even sat there for 20 minutes just to have an order taken... and that's when the restaurant was not crowded nor was there a shortage of wait staff. The waitress simply admitted she overlooked us despite walking past us and ignoring our pleas to place an order.
I hate to say it but my friends and I have started going to other Coney Islands. It is too bad but a group of people should not leave a chain frustrated nearly every single time because something didn't go well. And we are easy going and easy-to-please. Even our ex-wives would agree with that. LOL
Too bad.
Well, I'm Down South for the winter. I hope things improve over the 6 months I am gone.
