This restaurant is 10/10! The food is incredible and the service was great. Basic Khmer skills are usually handy - but here you don’t need that. They communicate very well in English or Khmer. I had Papaya salad and Pad Krapao Moo (medium heat) and it was delicious. The owner is lovely and she hasn’t changed her prices in 7 years! Excellent Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stumbled across this place, and I'm really glad we did!! The waitresses were lovely and welcoming. The cocktails were enjoyable, not too strong, where it can be off-putting. The food... wow. Made fresh, so you are waiting maybe 20-30 minutes, but it is worth it! It was tasty, flavoursome, and the meat melted in your mouth. Highly recommend and hopefully will be back! Situated just off the riverfront, this small family run restaurant is an absolute bargain, and the family is really friendly and welcoming. The menu has a healthy selection of Khmer favourites with an additional Thai menu, with plenty of drink options to wash everything down with. The portion sizes were good, the service from the family was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. When we arrived, it was a little quiet, but by the time we had finished our meals, it was packed, and it's very easy to see why. I'm looking forward to returning whilst we are in Kampot. Awesome Thai and Khmer food. Food took a while to come out but was worth the wait. We each got entree and beers and water and total was $8.50. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really tasty! We visited Lemongrass twice during our stay. The food was authentic and such good value, and we found the staff super friendly and welcoming. On our first trip we had a long bean and peanut stir fry and a delicious chicken amok. The amok was sooo creamy and moorish, so much so we ordered it again the second time, along with a Lok Lak. The beef was cooked perfectly and the Kampot pepper sauce was tangy and delicious. The papaya salad is also super tasty. The setting is great for people watching too. Really recommend !

Popped in here for dinner. Nice family run restaurant and well priced food. Do yourself a favour and try the red curry! It had such delicious flavours and one of the best curry’s I’ve had. Wonderful traditional khmer kitchen! It was super tasty, fresh and the service was really great! We enjoyed our delicious fruit juices too. A great place to eat the local specialities. Busy outdoor restaurant serving Khmer and Thai dishes by a family. Our server seemed to still be wearing her school uniform while taking orders. Casual and inexpensive spot that was full of locals, local expats, and tourists all tucking in to some tasty dishes. Doesn’t disappoint, you should check it out.
