Charmain makes the most beautiful, aesthetic desserts and drinks !!! I love her cute location in the heart of Roslyn in a little tucked back spot right by Basecamp Books! I love how creative and yummy her macrons and Filipino drinks are! She’s always making fun new concoctions and I love to try them! What a gift to have her here in Roslyn!

Haven’t even taken a drink yet, kind of scared to.. but this is how I received my drink. For 1, you can see how much space was left in the cup. I’m paying money for a full drink, not half of one. For 2, it’s not stirred what so ever. And 3, an “ iced americano” (specifically asked for extra ice) is suppose to have more than 4 ice cubes in it. Having 7+ years of barista experience, I 10/10 do not recommend.

Great service. The person running the shop was helpful and explained the flavors and everything. She explained how the drinks are meant to look pretty, then you stir them up! They tatsed yummy! The Macaroons were great too. I saw a review on here where someone was complaining about their drink BEFORE they even tried it, just because they didn't like the way it looked. Instead of going back and asking if they could have their drink remade , they posted a one star review. That's low. That effects small business.

The sweetest workers and delicious coffee, I highly recommend the Cuban coffee! Small in size but packs a punch, I was so impressed with the flavor! After working in the coffee industry for 7+ years I would 10/10 recommend that you stop in and check out this adorable coffee/macaroon trailer. 🤩 you won’t be disappointed!

Charmaine’s treats are our weekly go to. They’re exceptional. We wander down to her adorable food truck, order delicious coffee and a selection of her baked goods and talk about them all the way home. 10/10 recommend.

Deliciously accurate macaron flavors, perfect texture and size, beautifully customizable, and the friendliest professionalism! Charmaine catered my wedding and no one could stop raving about how delicious and beautiful her macarons were and how perfectly they went with our wedding colors! She adds such an ethnic variety to the Roslyn area with her speciality drinks made to perfection. Lemon Thyme Macarons is definitely worth a visit to downtown Roslyn!!

One of my favorite places in town!! Delicious desserts that never disappoint as well as new flavors popping up all the time. There are a lot of tasty takes on different lattes/teas. Wonderful service as well. Definitely recommend going here!

I love that Roslyn gets a taste of filipino culture through these amazing drinks and desserts! Not only are the treats good but so is the service, I’ve never been disappointed. Charmaine, you have done an amazing job!
