Absolutely disgusting customer service from their owner. We came here for my dads 56th birthday after being on the boat all day. We had been here a couple times before for karaoke night without issues. This time, they weren’t very busy. The server made it clear multiple times that she was short staffed. (Understandable). After multiple orders were not submitted by the waitress we were unnecessarily confronted by the owner, acting like it was our fault that the food was not put in properly. Then at the end of dinner, when i went to give the owner constructive criticism about the way the establishment was ran, she got in my face and made it clear that myself and my family were not welcome back instead of trying to correct the issue as a owner or manager should do. My son was without food (he’s 4) and my husband never received silverware to eat his dinner that was chicken Parmesan with pasta. Along with multiple other errors, that we do not blame the waitress for. Mistakes happen, it’s how it’s dealt with that says a lot about a business.

Music is decent until it's meh, service is okay until it's bleh, food is overcooked and lame. Owner doesn't get it, the way he handles things is just negligent, they'll make mistakes and he'll make you pay the difference. Not the first time. Fool me twice.

Me and my hubby finally made it for the all you can eat legs yesterday. Everything from the salad to the legs was delicious. And I won't even get started on the unbelievable lobster bisque bread bowl! I would have been happy with just that lol.
Service was fabulous and we're looking forward to making it during a band night!
Came with family from out of town two of us had burger Monday they didn't have fries available no fault of their own delivery. Truck broke down. The other two had fish. The only thing is that I would change The Ruben sandwich needs more sauerkraut and thousand Island and you need to turn your fryer down. Everything is too crunchy.
To start off thet restaurant was not at all busy and no one was at the bar. I would really like to review the food. Unfortunately just like Santa Claus everyone heard of him but no one actually saw him. The hostess sat us and finally a waiter came over. I ordered a beer and one of my personal pet peeves is I hate to be served draft beer in a Solo cup while I am in the dining room. I came to the restaurant to eat and drink and not feel as I am at some frat party, this is very classless. As far as the food goes we never saw it after an hour. The waiter told us it was a staff issue. I feel that one thing restaurants fail to realize is that's a "YOU" problem not a "ME" problem !! There's a lot of other restaurants in this area that do a higher volume and still get the food out promptly.
Pleasantly surprised with service and food! Snapper Ruben and Ahi tuna BLT were very good, our server Savannah was awesome! Kudos to the cook! We will be back!
