Federal Way famous Doughnuts shop. I visited them with my husband at 9:30am so many people were there and enjoyed doughnuts. Staffs were kind and friendly. I got an apple flitter and my husband got a Conan the Bavarian doughnut. It’s a big and yummy. Prices are reasonable now days. I understand why Federal Way people love this doughnut shop.
Legendary Doughnuts in Federal Way is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly and attentive servers. Their warm smiles and excellent service added to the already wonderful atmosphere of doughnuts everywhere!
Now, let's talk about the doughnuts themselves. The Oprah Doughnut, topped with bacon, is an absolute masterpiece. It's a delightful combination of sweet and savory, and it's a flavor explosion in every bite. I can't get enough of it!
This place is a true haven for doughnut enthusiasts, and the outstanding staff and delicious creations make every visit an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend Legendary Doughnuts enough!
I’ve had these doughnuts before when an old coworker brought them into work and they were AMAZING! I moved to South King County recently and knew I needed to introduce my household to the wonderfulness. We live close to the Federal Way location so I drove over in between meetings to pick up a half dozen and two raspberry Red Bull Italian cream sodas. Walking in you’re immediately met a big display of all their offerings and a “HEY WELCOME IN! Be right with you!” Having it be the first time in I was impressed (and a little overwhelmed) by all the choices. Having to narrow down what I was going to choose to six was going to be difficult!
I was able to finally figure out what I wanted, the gentleman helping me was patient, polite, and attentive. He greeted every customer as they walked in and made sure they knew they were welcome. He answered all my questions and whipped up some awesome bevvies.
The space itself is clean and has a few tables to sit at. It has posters advertising all their special drinks and party doughnuts. Parking was way as they’re located in a big strip mall that’s well lit and has a lot of other great stores to shop at if you’re out running errands.
When I got home and opened the boxes, my partner was amazed at how big the doughnuts are. The dough of the maple and chocolate bars we tried first were light and pillowy while the frosting was evenly layered and super tasty. Because they’re so big though they are a bit of a sugar overload, so we definitely have to pace ourselves lest us be zombies for our afternoon after the sugar crash!
Overall, these doughnuts live up to their name, they are super legendary. Can’t wait to try the rest of them and return again and again until we’ve tried them all!

I used to travel up north to look for giant donuts. Not anymore, since Legendary Donuts makes some huge ones.
I love the store’s atmosphere and the display of the donuts that you can see clearly behind the glass. There is a massive donut there that costs over $30 each. It's like a birthday cake-type donut. Please see the picture.
Some of my favorite donuts are maple bars, bacon on top of the maple bar, Apple fritter, and some cream-filled ones.
HAIR baked in for extra seasoning??? I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was great. I would have given negative stars for the hair baked into and sticking out of my donut (sidenote: it couldn't possibly be my hair because #1-I'm bald & #2-The hair was baked in, I could pick up the donut by the hair).
Waste of $$ since now they all have to be tossed. So far, I've visited 3 Legendary locations and only one has proven to truly be "legendary". Maybe this is a sign that I need to quit donuts altogether.
I got an apple fritter and it was good at first but i cut into the middle and it was raw. I don’t blame them because it’s HUGE but still pretty disappointing.

I came to visit because I heard that people around me are famous for doughnuts.
There were many kinds of doughnuts and they looked delicious.
I could order right away without waiting, maybe because I went early, but the staff wasn't friendly.
I like moist Bavarian with a lot of cream but the amount of cream here was small and not moist and I regretted buying two.
The best thing I bought was blueberry cheesecake.
It wasn't good for my taste compared to what I said was famous in general.
Great selection even late afternoon. The Covington location is always out of almost everything by noon, or so it seems. This location is my favorite. Staff at all locations are always professional and respectful. I love all their products. Old Fashioned is my "go to" donut.
