Ordered online and it was made before estimated time. We received a text and went to pickup. Walked in and went to cashier and they said it was waiting on the counter for us. Grabbed our order and went home. My Motor City Muncher and Big Poppa Fries were excellent! Sandwich had just the amount of heat to it and the loaded fries were amazing! These orders are large so you won’t leave hungry. Friendly service and great food, what more could you ask for? Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

What kind of half cocked business is this? You post hours and don't adhere to them? At least give us the courtesy of updating your hours if you're not going to be open on a Friday night. It's 7 o clock on a Friday night. How come no one is answering the phone if you're open? The only way to find out for sure is to drive up to the store. What a waste of time and resources! Foods too salty anyway, don't know why I bothered looking at the menu tonight. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As mentioned by others. Food is a bit pricey, but that seems to be where we are these days. Def not outrageous. Food was very good! Good variety and friendly staff!

Person behind the counter was running both sides of the double restaurant. She was doing the best she could. Sandwich and fries were delicious! Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The cook with the purple beard yelling at customers isn’t very welcoming. Walked straight out after hearing his rude tone w/ a lady that didn’t know how to work the computer for payment. While in the same 5 minutes yell at some kids bc they called their sandwich a Philly…yelling “it’s a lefty!” …. Lucky I’d just worked 12hours or I would have had the energy to say more before I walked out. Also not the first time I’ve heard that dudes mouth. The first time we were at the chicken spot and could hear him yelling on the phone. Sounds like a great employee. Love the food. But will not support businesses that treat people like that. The brisket fries, and the Large Grim reaper. Great food. The sweet chili and the vinegar with onions and tomatoes are a whole vibe. My grandpa made something similar and it reminded me of him. I will be back for the brisket that's my next one. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

OK for starters it was FILTHY!!!! The chairs were stuck to the floor with food and sauce under the table. While one employee was outside smoking. The only person inside was Ben and he did a great job of waiting on us, cooking our food and being yelled at by the assistant manager. The assistant manager wouldn't allow our family of 3 to use the larger dinning room and we had to push 2 tiny tables together just to eat. The air was broken or shut off so all in all it was a very unpleasant experience and we will NOT return. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
