Pork wasn't fresh.. dry and hard on a Wednesday lunch.. we were very disappointed.. drove 40 minutes to get hat we thought would be FRESH pork.. Secondly we fund out that all the shops (but one) were CLOSED.. moving forward well only go on the weekends..

The personnel were very nice. But the pork was very dried and the skin wasn't crunchy. I couldn't eat the skin. It was my favorite place to eat pork. I hope it was just today....
