I came for brunch. I tried smoked salmon salad and iced americano. Both were very good, especially the americano. I got complimentary bread as starter. Service was fast, the waiters was not that friendly tho. And it was very busy and touristy during lunch time. Incredible cafe. Baked goods and delicious fresh coffee. I highly suggest the cheese and ham croissant. Great place to watch monks in the morning around 5:30am Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Get in there early to ensure you get a table (I tried on two other days around lunchtime and couldn't). Really nice pastries (the most competitively priced I saw considering the quality) and good coffee. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Croissant was delicious. I came here the croissant. Salmon quiche was great. There were variety of coffee and drinks. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The staffs were very friendly. I still recommended the croissant. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is a very touristy cafe in Luang Prabang. There are plenty of wonderful looking pastries. I had the apple pie. It was good. Then the cappuccino was lacking for me. The flavor tasted very basic, in my opinion. Other than that, this cafe has it all. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Loved this place! The food is sooo good and the baguettes and croissants are just like in France. I enjoyed it so much, the prices are great for this quality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Baguette
I probably set my expectations too high or perhaps we were just unlucky but I have to say the pastries we tried here were not good. Just look at the cross sections of the apple pastry or the “croissant au jambon”, there’s almost no flakiness. My savoury croissants probably suffered from being heated it in a microwave (or a similar device) 😬 (in my defence, I said “yes” thinking the cheese would melt and look more appetising but the croissants just became “sweaty”). The danish and béchamel were okay though. Coffee wasn’t. The service was okay and we ended up paying less than 150k LAK for four pastries and two hot drinks, which is a fair price. A very good and tasty sandwiches especialy those ones : with bacon or with beef. The chicken one is too dry, something is missing on my taste. Sandwiches are served with veg salad and is a very good point. The quality of the bread is amazing. One of the negative point is the masculin staff, don't take attention and talks unfriendly for some of them, zero smile. The other negative point is there is never some pastry, like a grape roll as an exemple. I went 4 times at different schedule and never could got one. They probably bake 5 pieces per day. But if you want some croissant or pain of chocolate, you can come everyday at 5pm, there are still fifty of them and nobody want to buy it all. Authentic French patisserie. I guess the best in town — the others we saw are not as inviting as this place. Easy to communicate with staff as well. Perfection 👌🏽 Let me add that early morning, locals buy their bread here, not only by few pieces but also sometimes in bulk. Best guess, this is simply the best & cheapest in town. Great place to chill and have a coffee the croissant was really good I as the smoked salmon breakfast set which came with a smoked salmon bite with I think a sourdough base with capers and dill with smoked salmon and yogurt which was nice there was a side of salad and a olive bread which was rather interesting none the least and the fruits were super fresh! Tea was great as well I had the lemon tea which was a tad sour. The farmers tea was light and very nice. There’s a ton of other options I feel if you don’t want a light breakfast like burgers and sandwiches to pizzas. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
