went to the new layers that opened in D-12 a few days ago. the food was ofcourse delicious, it tasted like the other branches here in Islamabad. my family and I weren't happy with the service, we had expected good service but no, told them that I wanted an apple pie and they took out a crème Brûlée instead and asked "this apple pie or this". this whole thing isn't the problem, I asked for a Nutella filled cookie and they even picked it up. we went home and guess what? my cookie wasn't there. I was really frustrated with this service. the staff were still untrained I did not enjoy this experience at all. I WANT MY COOKIE.
