This is a neighborhood gem and is the place to come for rustic, whole grain and sourdough breads. Their other baked goods that I've tried including this curry roll, cheddar biscuit, and scones are also really good. The only thing I had from here that was just OK to me was their chocolate croissant. Seating is pretty limited so I have only done take out.
I like that their offerings are constantly rotating with the seasons. The owner and staff are super friendly and I'm really glad they are in Longfellow!

I'm obsessed! Laune bread produces pastry wizardry. Truly in awe of how good everything they make is.

I really love this place. Their stuff is always delicious and unique. I want to go back right now for another pastry. Don’t expect it to be your typical “perfect” French croissant, though. It’s sourdough, I believe, and it’s different. I’m a huge fan.
The real thing. Crusty, dense, whole-grain sourdough breads made from local ingredients; top-notch pastries and cookies too. Everything's as local and seasonal as possible. They'll trade garden rhubarb for bread in the spring. Don't expect a bread slicer, rip the bread with your bare hands and eat it on the way home.
