About
If you feel hungry after visiting Borax Museum, have a meal at this bar. It's worth coming to Last Kind Words Saloon & Steakhouse because of tasty cheese salads, bacon and ribeye. Most guests recommend trying good apple pie, ice cream and cheesecakes. Visit this place and have delicious draft beer, house wine or martinis. Take your chance to taste great americano, ice tea or lemonade. This place is suitable for people who have supper on the go as they can order dishes as a takeaway. The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this spot is something one can name fine. According to the guests' opinions, prices are moderate. You will certainly like the quiet atmosphere and fancy decor. But this bar has been rated below average by Google.

It's in the middle of the desert, at an expensive motel. The food is ok, not great, but better than your other options, which are VERY limited. You must have reservations because it's crowded on the weekends. They won't seat you unless you have a reservation. I miss the 49’er Cafe 😢 Always used to get the burger with Dante sauce. So good. Staff was always friendly and it was the same waiters and waitresses almost every time. Furnace Creek has changed, and not for the better.

As good as it gets when you're out in the middle of the desert! The place is well decorated, service is quick and friendly, and the food tastes amazing! The only thing going against this place is prices, but given location this is understandable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very well decorated. Food was okay if a little pricey. Service was horrendous though. We came in at 7 and ended up waiting for an HOUR for our steaks. Apparently some large party was up top and the kitchen was backed up. One of our steaks was ordered medium, came out looking well done. Caesar salad was soggy and tasteless. I'd recommend just eating at The Inn, the food ends up being similarly priced but much higher quality. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
Made a reservation in advance. Was looking forward to having dinner in the charming dining hall. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would be 10-15 minutes ( which was fine) but greeter said we schedule slots every 10 minutes so we have lots of people coming in. We were seated in a back room and when I asked for a booth in the main room they said it would be a wait even though they had 2 booths available. They told me the booths were for parties of 3 or 4… even though many booths had 2 people in them. We walked out and went to the buffet. They were nicer over there but many food selections were empty! Disappointed! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
DO, NOT, EAT, HERE. Worst service I've ever experienced!!! Food prices are robbery for the quality. The only nice thing about this place is the atmosphere. Our waiter did not introduce himself. The first thing he asked us was "have you decided what we wanted to eat 'yet'." We got our food before our drinks. We had to ask again to get our drinks. When our steak arrived it was undercooked and disgustingly bloody (we had asked for it medium-well). Our waiter never once came to our table to ask how we were doing. In order to send our food back to have it cooked properly we needed to flag down a random waiter. When our food came back a 2nd time it was STILL extremely rare and bloody, but barely edible. The bill for 2 of us was over $100 for two entrées and one glass of wine. Based on the quality of the food, these prices are robbery. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
