I made a reservation at Las Palmas several days before the scheduled celebratory date (Sunday, 4th of February). The reservation was for a large group of twenty. (20) Upon arriving at the establishment, I received slight resistance concerning seating the group together. After the staff conducted a few committee meetings, my scheduled request was granted. The service was not the greatest. I will give the waitress an excuse because she was solo, along with the individual who occasionally refilled our beverages. The food looked appealing and tasted decent. Unfortunately, several hours after eating at Las Palmas, five (5) individuals in our group became violently sick, including me. All five (5) experienced the same symptoms: excessive vomiting 🤢, diarrhea, headaches and chills. As a general precaution, I notified the health department so it would be on record. If we didn't get sick, I would have rated Las Palmas with an overall rating of three (3) stars. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We were a party of 23 that called ahead to let them know we were coming. When we arrived, they handled everything so well; I would personally have freaked out if I knew I was going to wait on that many folks. The 2 young ladies who took care of us smiled the whole time and provided excellent service all around. Everyone was very impressed with the service we received and the food/drinks were excellent! We came here with a group of 50 (yes we called ahead) following my dad’s funeral at Georgia National Cemetery. The staff was amazing, the food was perfect, and fast. I wanted to give this 5 stars. The food was absolutely delicious. Priced right. And the atmosphere is beautifully decorated. The service was not near as good as all else. We were greeted and ordered immediately. The food was brought out within a few minutes. After that it went down hill. We sat there 20-30 mins after we had finished our meal to get take out boxes and the check. Fix that and you'll have a real winner!
