This place has really good salsa. The margaritas are not weak. The service is great and the food comes out fast. The chicken fajita enchiladas I shared with my wife are definitely a meal for two. The kids shared a large order of nachos and they could not finish it. This is definitely a place to visit. Small establishment, but amazing food and drinks.
A great Mexican restaurant in Cypress area. They have 3 restaurants in Houston area. authentic mexican food with very hospitality service!! Highly recommended!!

Enchilada Dinner
The restaurant and atmosphere is always comfortable. Service is fast and friendly. The food has always consistently been good. The fajita meat - chicken and beef- is always tender and has really good flavor. I really appreciate they use real cheese in the enchiladas and not queso. The salsa is awesome but I wish the chips were thinner and crisper. They also offer a really nice brunch menu on weekends!

Stopped here and visited with family. Great charro style beans full of flavor. Salsa and chips where good. I had the the seafood chicken it was super tasty with a creamy sauce. Luis was our waitor he was friendly, helpful and respectful, as well as the whole staff. There where 4 birthdays while we where there and they sang las mañanitas to each of them. Great place to bring the family.

I come here so much and pick up food to go. I’m not so sure I will be doing that anymore I walked in was read out my whole order. Asked questions then nothing was said he just walked off then a cook from the back came out to give me a lecture about how to ask for a super tiny side of chopped raw onions saying that I can’t do that the way I did in the notes. Check out how small the tiny thing of onions is in the photo. That was doing way too much when they were slammed busy to tell me that after I spent $60+ on take out.

Food and service is always great when we come by. Drinks are good, but hard to say it’s worth 15$ the flavor of their margaritas are good but lacking liquor for the price
This used to be the best kept secret in Fairfield. Las Mananita’s has gone down hill. Food was overpriced, sloppy and bland. Really just terrible. Even the usual pronto service suffered because we were late-hits on a Monday night. Meaning coming in later in the evening closet to closing time) The restaurant smelled of dirty carpet and floors from them trying to mop and clean as an end of shift duty, when the restaurant wasn’t even closed. This made the food even less tasty as that musty, mildew, spilled drink scent that anyone who’s ever worked in food-service knows as dirty. They got my order wrong. And forgot to bring my husband’s food altogether. With so many other tex-mex options around like LaViva, Juanita’s and Lupe Tortilla’s around, we won’t be going back any time soon.

Great atmosphere, got the Katy special and it was a bang for your buck and very delicious. The salsa was very addictive and kept going back for more no matter how full I was. Never had to wait for a refill on my drink, our waitress was very friendly. Would highly recommend!!

Las Mananitas is a staple in Fairfield. Everyone goes there because it is so good. The staff is efficient and friendly and the food is delicious. We had a beef fajit burrito and the enchiladas Verdes. Everything was super tasty and we will definitely visit again.
