Worst place I had a ask for cake stands for my wedding. I gave the deposit and paid it in full they said they wouldn't deliver it so they gave me a time to pick it up the day of my wedding. It was at 6 In the morning I show up no one to answer I call the number about 20 time no one answered so I texted them to deliver them. They didn't so after the wedding I asked for a refund and they so ok will give u 75 out of the 175 because they didn't give it to anyone else that day. But they didn't even deliver it when I asked after I waited an hour to pick the cake stands. so after all that they said will send you a check. Why not just zelle it they had me zelle it to them right away why can't they do the same. I've been waiting 2 months already and still haven't received anything in the mail yet I would give this a no stars if it let me

I would rate less than one star. I called and asked if they spoke English and I’m kinda bad with my Spanish so I tried to ask her in Spanish as best as I could but hung up on me before I could even ask. Very rude, poor customer service.
