Spring Fling cake has always been a favorite and when I found Lala’s for my birthday cake I was not disappointed. As a former owner of Happy Cakes Bakeshop in Denver, I am picky about my desserts and Lala’s spring fling was amazing. Beautiful and delicious and everyone loved it. I always love supporting small women owned businesses and this was well worth it.

For my mom's birthday, I ordered her a spring fling cake. My mom is not a fan of cream cheese or whipped cream or most types of frosting/icing, so I asked for the cream cheese frosting to be replaced with something else like chocolate ganache or chocolate mousse, which they did without issue. When I picked up the cake, I was informed it was the first time they'd made a spring fling cake with chocolate mousse but you honestly wouldn't have been able to tell because the cake looked so pretty and was so delicious. Although I love chocolate, I usually don't eat chocolate mousse because of its thin texture but this one was great- thicker and denser than the regular stuff I've had. The top and inside of the cake was full of fresh fruit and the zucchini cake was fabulous paired with the mousse. Everyone loved the cake, most importantly my mom. I would definitely recommend Lala's Bakery and we're looking forward to trying some of the other cakes as well!

I’ve been a customer of the market for years and I am so happy to say that when looking for a great cake, Lala’s bakery cakes are perfection. This is the 4th? Cake I’ve bought and no detail is ever spared. The fruit is so fresh, frosting is perfect. Thank you, LaLa’s!

Lala’s did an awesome job on my daughter’s 2nd birthday cake! Everyone who tried it loved it, we did the mixed berry chantilly and it was a very nice balance of flavors, not sickly sweet and very tasty. My kid practically buried her face in it so I’d call that a win! Good people, quick turnaround, very reasonably priced. Definitely worth it, thanks so much!

So the person who calls to confirm that your cake is done calls in to work..no other employees can make the call to u and let u know?? so u have call lalas bakery YOURSELF??? and be told the person who usually calls to confirm called in?? do better🤣🤣🤣🤣 barely made it in time to pick the cake up since no employees called me to let me know the cake was ready i got there right before closing too

If you love gansitos, you will love this cake! If you DON’T love gansitos, you will love this cake! The cake is a nod to the popular snack, but with elevated flavors and textures making this cake out of this world delicious. I know Lala’s is famous for their spring fling cake, but this cake is also a delicious treasure. The cake is moist and dense (think pound cake) with a tangy and fresh fruit filling, paired with sweetened cream and a rich chocolate ganache. The order/pickup process is unconventional, but well worth the wait and the drive. @Lala’s- phenomenal work!

Lala’s made our wedding cakes - red velvet to cut, spring fling and peach almond as half sheet cakes. Not only did they look stunning, most people went back for a second slice! Thanks for being the icing on an unforgettable wedding day. Will attach photos once we get them back!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lala’s Bakery. I have had Spring Fling cake for every birthday party of mine since I was 6 years old. I was so grateful when they started up again after closing at The Market. I introduced my now husband and he is obsessed. We knew we had no option but to have them make our wedding cake and cupcakes. They outdid themselves once again. Everyone was ranting and raving about how tasty everything was all night. Thank you Lala’s for being a part of our big day and you will forever have a yearly repeat customer.

Our wedding cake was the most amazing cake of our lives.
We booked a cake with Lala’s Bakery the moment we started wedding planning. I reached out to a number of bakeries beforehand and Lala was the only one to be fast and consistent with responding. They answered me right away and even followed up with questions! I initially didn’t think I would have someone to pick up the cake on the day of the wedding, BUT the week of the wedding a friend came through and when I messaged them the week of the wedding they completely accommodated me. I am forever grateful! I was able to get a fresh cake on the day of my wedding. Un heard of!
Please do not sleep on this bakery. Everyone loved and raved about how good the cake was. it was moist, beautiful, and made with love. I was so scared because everyone always told me wedding cake in general is dry and disappointing, but NOT THIS ONE! My people ate it up.
I will go to Lala with every event cake from now on!
