Long work week, so took a drive this evening to clear some headspace. Found myself in Dexter and near the lake… much to my surprise, Lakeshore was open…..their first day of the season! I ordered steak quesadillas and jalapeno poppers. They have the best jalapeno poppers you have ever had instead of the fixed skin. They grind up the jalapenos and mix them with cheese and then deep fry them. Oh oh oh the best.
