incredible shop, absolutely worth a visit! zack was so passionate and knowledgeable about everything you could possibly want to know. and he made an amazing cup of tea (i chose high country huckleberry) that i took to go but would’ve loved to enjoy at the counter if i had more time! i’ll definitely be back.

This atmosphere of this shop is so wonderfully cozy and pleasant. The menu has such a nice selection of to-go options and the loose teas to purchase for home brewing are phenomenal and in vast selection. The service was quick and friendly. I came here with my family and we bought many of the different teas to try, as well as some to-go teas. My sister and I really enjoyed their house Chai. It was the perfect amount of spice and tea, like a spicy hug for your soul. I will be recommending this shop to others in the future.

We have a voucher that the manager refused to honor. They have a new computer system and supposedly can't check the balance on older ones. Doesn't matter that this is illegal in Montana.

They are extremely unhygienic! I was refilling an older bag, and when they wouldn't honor my gift certificate, the manager just dumped the tea back into inventory. I know my bag is reasonably clean, but it kinda freaks me out. The manager doesn't know what's been in that bag. Is this standard practice?
We have been customers for a long time, when they were on the 2nd floor. Now I don't recommend them. Way to chase me off!
