Definitely not what it was. The fact that one small drink (maybe a smidge more) was almost $20 is insane to me. I felt so bad my husband paid for that, I poured most of mine into his cup so he could AT LEAST have a small one. Mine was finished in two sips. The attitude in there definitely didn't help. Starbucks would have been double the size for half the price. I love to shop small business but I really do feel absolutely ripped off.

Labrar Coffee Shop is such a gem! The atmosphere is super cozy, making it the ideal spot to relax or hang out with friends, or even get some work done. And let me tell you, their coffee selection is top-notch – they've got something for everyone, whether you're into bold espressos or creamy lattes. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the whole experience. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast sandwiches. If you're looking for a charming coffee shop with great drinks, great food, and THE VIBES, Labrar is definitely worth checking out!

Hole in the wall. Wife and I were just walking around town and their little sign caught our eye. As we walked in, we were greeted with smiles like we were lifetime customers. We ordered (Wife)The OG sandwich with hibiscus drink "rimed" and(Myself)the Tortita with hibiscus drink "rimed". The first bite of the Tortita and it melted in my mouth. The avocado and jalapeño merged so well. We may be live a bit out of distance from here but next time we are in town. I'm definitely stopping in. The staff was all smiles and positive energy. That's all you ask for.

I stopped by Labrar today and asked for a cortado even tho I didn’t see it on the menu. The barista graciously agreed to make one. This was by far the best cortado and overall just some of the best coffee that I’ve had. Can’t wait to try more from here! Cool little shop, great coffee, and awesome baristas

Labrar coffee is an amazing place on all accounts. The drinks are intentionally crafted and delicious, the tortas are heavenly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. They even have a cute outdoor area with picnic tables and cornhole in the back. My favorite part is how the owners are constantly creating community with writing contests, local artwork, cup painting competitions, and fun events. Not only does the coffee shop uplift youth in the community, but they also ethically and intentionally source all of their beans and ensure that the coffee workers are paid their fair compensation. The owners are wonderful and go the extra mile to make sure that everyone has an amazing experience. Not only will you receive delicious, unique drinks, incredible food, and kind and welcoming service, but you will also be supporting worthy causes when you visit. 10/10 recommend, it is a MUST try in the area!

I was in town for the day and popped in to this coffee shop and I was not disappointed. I don't usually go for the sweet drinks (I walked in for a cup of decaf) but I couldn't resist trying the Dirty Grandma's Hot Chocolate. It was probably one of the best coffee drinks I have ever had in my life! Between the Mexican cinnamon and chocolate, along with the, in my case, decaf, shot of espresso and a little milk, it was absolutely fantastic! It almost had a little bit of a pecan nutty taste which I'm assuming is the Mexican cinnamon. It wasn't too sweet but it felt like the biggest indulgence for someone who does not drink "fancy" coffee drinks. I would never willingly hit up a Star... you know what, as I don't care for their burnt beans. It's a good thing I don't live next door to this coffee shop. I think I would probably be there every day! Definitely do not leave without trying this amazing drink. In addition to all of the coffee greatness, the staff was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. They even ask if I wanted to write poetry for their contest. I let them know that they probably didn't want to read mine! Hahaha. Absolutely a must try!

My wife and I like to try out new coffee spots anywhere we go, and this is one of our top favorites anywhere we’ve been. We’ve tried coffee anywhere from Washington DC, Raleigh, Wilmington, Tennessee, and others areas, and this place easily competes with top coffee shops anywhere. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. I think the menu is different than most coffee shops and it can be a little hard to choose what you want on the first visit, but the people there are some of the most welcoming people and are glad to give recommendations and answer any questions. You can tell they are passionate about coffee, and take pride in how they make it.

This is the first google review I've ever written and it's because this place deserves it! The best coffee in Goldsboro hands down and you can tell the staff and owners love coffee and enjoy sharing their love of it with others. My personal favourite is their honey vanilla latte, the dirty hot chocolate is delicious and my husband really enjoys their Americanos and Cortada's. Their pastries are also amazing! My only complaint is that they aren't open every day all day 😂 if you are driving through or are local and haven't tried Labrar it's a must!

Just moved to Goldsboro a few months ago and have been slow to explore the coffee scene. Super stoked to have found Labrar - the best iced latte I've had in a long, long time. And the Blueberry Danish was pretty spectacular.
