Ordered the spam breakfast sandwich, fried plantains and mojo chicken plate and every single thing was so delicious!!! All the sauces and flavors in general were amazing. The people were so kind and the food was quick, it was the cherry on top for our stay in Lincoln city. We will definitely be back!

Mojo Chicken
Excellent. We got the Cuban eggs with beans and rice, and the maduros. It was quick, and very delicious. Everything was well prepared and well seasoned. The plantains were especially good compared to others over had prepared similarly.

Mojo chicken plate and the papas rellenas were incredible. The homemade hot sauce and the sauce that went with the mojo chicken were so tasty. Glad we found this place on our trip!

Exceptional, authentic, “what are you waiting for” kind of Puerto Rican food. Not enough people asking for Mofongo! If you want it there have to be enough people ordering it! The Chicken plates reminded me of my time in PR! Love this place and wish it was closer to where I live.

Red Beans and Rice
Ordered through doordash. All of the food was amazing, I'm someone who hates salads but I finally found one I love in their citrus slaw. There's no oily feeling and the flavors work so well together! I have to get the recipe. Easy to spend a lot of money but you won't regret it

Don't let the humble digs fool you, the food is very good. Red beans veg friendly and full of flavor. Sauces delicious. Prices are not cheap but merited by high quality.

We went twice in the last week planning to eat here. Both times they had all the dishes with plantains taped over on the menu board, so no mofongo or plantain chips or the other handful of dishes. There were a couple of other things besides those that said they were sold out of, even though we were there at opening time. It was really disappointing and I would have been angry if not for the other food trucks to choose from.
Tostones were amazing, the rice and beans tasted great it reminded me of home in PuertoRico, I was so surprised. I loved this place. However, it was a little pricey for a food cart I wouldn't normally pay 10$ for a plate of rice and beans, however seemed worth it. Staff was friendly, I do wish they had more varieties of things. The kitchen seemed clean. I will definitely return.
I had the Mofongo and it was just delicious
The plantain garlic mash was so tasty 😋, the pork belly was crisp and the red beans and rice was the ideal accompaniment
Boricua here, Quelo (abuelo) from Oahu rushed into my memories as I happily ate my plate! OMF*ingG!! The BEST!!! So delicious!! Seasoned, fresh, quality! Service super friendly, wish pasteles w/green olive could be on menu sometime, lol. They make me spoiled craving for my Nana… YOU MUST INDULGE AND TREAT YOURSELF!! Oh! And the Red Beans!! My man who’s from Memphis, LOVES!!!
Price is so worth it, they could adjust and make pricier but they’re considerate of what we’re going through w/inflation.
Go enjoy!! Don’t procrastinate!
