This place is top of the line food and service. The gentleman that runs this place name is William. He is top of the line manager and will take care of all guests. He is a talk to manager. I ate there recently food excellent. Yellow fine tuna and Kobe Beef for a special occasion. I have also shown the bar at the top of La Vogue which has a great view of the beach.

Beers $3-5 and cocktails $4-6. This is probably the classiest place in the far reaches of the southern Chinese empire that is Sihanoukville. Friday night and still plenty of open seats. 2 Filipina DJs that select fitting music. Staff are on top of it, and the view is great. A bit cooler than down below as there is a strong breeze through the open guardrails. Highly recommended.

Nice space, very friendly staff, Japanese style food. Delicious rice, worth a try. Creative drinks. Come in the afternoon to watch the sunset over the sea and maybe swim
