We came on a gloomy Saturday afternoon in March. The place is super cute with a big dining room and a nice bar area. We sat in the bar. The bartender came right over for a drink order. I had the sandia margarita which was really good. I enjoyed that the chips were a little thinner, but the salsa was a tad bit watery. It’s ok, it was free. We ordered guacamole which was perfectly creamy and had just the right amount of lime juice. Lunch was a burrito bowl which just needed a little salt, or maybe some hot sauce. Service was excellent. I appreciate when the staff speaks Spanish, and the bartender did. We had a great time, great service, and great food. We will definitely return. Came in just as they were opening for the day on a Sunday. The building is very nice inside. The service was friendly and relatively quick. The food was only so so. Wasn't much flavor. This place needs some serious help. I went a year ago and really enjoyed my experience (busy atmosphere, good food and drinks, service was decent), so I took my friends to try it out for dinner as it was an easy spot to meet. We went on a Wednesday and it was ghost town in the restaurant. We had to hold a sign up to get our waitresses attention to order drinks which was shocking since it was so dead. We ordered table side guacamole for $13 which was not made at our table (it was probably pre made in the kitchen) and delivered to us). The server was very rude and making faces at us when trying to order things on the menu (not sure she even was familiar with the menu or knew anything about items listed). I ordered a regular margarita and listed under the margarita was an option to get a flavor for $2 extra. One of the flavors listed was lime. I ordered this margarita and the waitress looked at me like I was dumb saying “ that’s just a regular margarita” (not sure why they are listing it as a flavor for an extra $2 if it’s a “regular” margarita ) food was ok - covered in salt and sauce so not much flavor. The smell in the restaurant was nauseating. It smelled like we were sitting in a sewer and the bathroom was even worse. I legit had to put my sweatshirt over my face because it smelled so horrid. Will not be returning and this restaurant has some serious changes needed.

A cute delicious spot I almost missed driving down by the mall. The food is beyond amazing. The service spectacular. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to in Southern NH!!! 100/10. Definitely check this place out, especially if you love authentic Mexican food!!!! I went to dinner here for the first time the other night. I was very disappointed in the service. First, we ordered “table side” guacamole and it was not made fresh in front of us like we thought. We also got no chips for it (just the chips that we already had with the salsa) and no side plates to eat them on. Then, when I ordered my entree I asked for melted cheese on my fajitas just like the menu said you could do. The waitress looked at me like I had two heads and said they couldn’t do that. Therefore, I missed out on having cheese with my food which would’ve made it better in my opinion. Then, after the food came we weren’t checked on once until we were ready to go (therefore we couldn’t get a refill on our drinks or anything like that) mind you the place was a ghost town! The food was ok but I will Definitely not be returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am a long time customer of La Santa. I love this place and vocalize to everyone that THIS is the place to go for Mexican. They have phenomenal food and drink; I have never left unsatisfied. However, I was scammed the last time I was there which was 1/25/24. My bill came to $77 and change, I tipped $15, so total was about $92. I was actually charged $169, so to whoever tipped themselves the total instead of the $15, I hope you REALLY needed it more than I did. Currently unsure if I will continue being a customer there or not… how can I trust them to process payments correctly? Your wait staff can’t read a slip correctly? This is a hidden gem for really tasty Mexican food in New Hampshire. I was honestly surprised by how flavorful the food was, and how many great vegan/vegetarian options they had! The BEST table side guacamole I have ever tasted!!!! Was out playing some disc golf nearby and we stopped in here for a quick bite, not expecting much…blown away.
