Bought a cake for an on the spot birthday...$35.00 for a rather small cake. It crumbled as it was cut. No more cakes from here. The food was good and inexpensive $87 bill for 4 people, minus the cake came out to $52. The service was very good.

At the Peninsula Bakery you will eat a variety of delicious pastry, sandwitches, and meals. I prefer breakfast.

So this place is actually a bakery and a restaurant one side they have like aches and pastries and on the other side they have buffet style meal. I'm a little picky when it comes to buffet style meal but a lot of places here in Puerto Rico that's what you get if you want Spanish food so I do try to pick the places that are very popular and I see a lot of activity or people coming in and out of the place because then I know it's good fresh food cuz I have to keep on refilling the dishes needs to say this place had a nice flow of customers the food was delicious I had rice with corn inside of it was good I had pieces of chicken and they were in a sauce and as you know since my Spiritual Awakening I try not to eat me too much anymore but I really wanted to try their chicken and it was not dry so this place I would give a five star and it was very clean inside. The two guys that work behind the counter were very nice and courteous and gave great customer service

They will hang up on you without taking the full order. They will mess up the order anyway ( I asked for three sandwiches not two). They will have attitude when you clarify the order with them saying "they heard what they heard". All this accompanied by slow service and very unfriendly staff unless you are a regular or local apparently.

The service personnel were on point, the service was fast and the food taste enough. Something about waiting for your name to be called still needs to change to something more pleasant.
