My mom used to love this place. We drive 1.5 hrs to get her there. Our last three visits were not OK. It was around 1 pm and they already ran out of chicken, some food was bland or overcooked. My mom said thar she will never return. For me, it was my first time the other day. Although I liked what I order, the other 5 from the party did not. So, I would say, visit with caution that maybe they ran out of the fav's or inconsistency on their meals.

Large portion. I had leftovers. Potato with steak, cheese sauce, Broccoli, bacon and potato sticks. That and a soda was around $9. It usually comes with mixed vegetables on it too. Other protein options are available. They were very helpful with all questions. I speak very little Spanish yet they were able to help and make me feel welcomed ☺️

Unmotivated staff lied about not having BBQ sauce. Later I overheard another staff member saying it was simply in a jar. The worker was unmotivated to open the jar and pour some sauce into a separate container for me. Food was good but service needs work.
Enjoy the best well-seasoned BBQ chicken in the area. They have expanded the menu and now they serve dishes a la carte. They also offer a variety of side dishes such as cassava, boiled bananas, rice and beans as well as home made Puerto Rican candy. Great decor, relaxed atmosphere.
