I really enjoy coming here for my tostilocos & treating my children to ice cream. My oldest especially loves their chicle ice cream y paletta. They are wonderful ladies that are all so helpful like Rosie! Very polite and attentive on my request when I order.

This place can never make my order right. I call them over the phone when I Doordash to make specific requests and they seem to have no listening skills. And we speak the same language. Very upsetting each experience 🤨

Every time I go here it’s always a miss from ice cream flavors to customer service. I come back hoping to have a different experience, but it’s always the same. Nacho cheese tastes old, and their fresas con crema are so sugary and don’t have any authentic flavor. I would recommend going elsewhere if what you’re craving is flavor. Not a fan.

Horrible customer service specially from the older lady that is there, ordered a choco fresa and strawberry tasted old, my husband ordered a arroz con leche popsicle and got a coconut one but that wasn’t the issue, the issue was it tasted very acid like it was very old! Horrible place

Dude don't order anything that was corn on it , I order on door dash and the corn was super super x2 salty , I threw it at trash afterwards, Also the corn is can corn
