I went in there, they asked me if I was ready as soon as I walked in. Clearly I was not, then they proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes so I left. They helped every other customer. Guess I don’t look Mexican enough. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Great choice for dessert! This place offers fresh cut fruit, bionicos, ice cream, fruit bars, choco bananas, and more. They even have hotdogs and pizza. I've only tried their frozen goods and my last time here I had a scoop of guava ice cream. The flavor is great but includes 1000 HARD seeds. I won't be getting a guava scoop ever again. Should really filter out the seeds. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible service. Don't ask for the granola that comes with your bionico on the side because it's an extra charge. Also, don't ask for fresas con crema because that's also an extra charge. And if you DONT want coconut, that's also an extra charge. Lol this place is a joke. Service: 1

Used to be my everyday fruit place. No more. Super rude lady ... obviously, she is not the owner. The owner wouldn't want to lose customers. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20

Usually my wife stop in her she speaks Spanish so I guess that makes it easier to order I went by myself today and apparently if you’re Caucasian you will completely get ignored and skipped over to the Hispanic customers first. And then when you complain to the manager the employees that skip you over laugh and think it’s funny. I will never go here again if I could give it zero stars I would

My biónico was so watery ,and no toppings just the fruit drown in some semi sweet sauce horrible 😤 my daughter bought it for me . So it was too late to take it back Very disappointed

Our server was wonderful! Too bad I don't know his name. He was very patient and friendly. The ice cream was delicious. The fruit was fresh. He squeezed fresh orange juice into the cup and it tasted good. The fresca was a little too sweet. I amnjust disappointed that I missed out on so much because everything they offer is not listed on the menu. Also, right now when you enter you can't even see the menu. I was greeted at the counter when I it was my turn in line but the menu was around the corner on another wall. Then when I went to look at it I saw pictures and people with fhi gs that were not listed. Please update your menu.

We gave it a try. Gracious portions. Staff were more preoccupied in cleaning their stations or rearranging ingredients than giving customers attention. After getting served, we had to wait for another staff to charge us. It took a while before they did so.

Love this place! Great service, friendly staff and one of the better varieties carried than most other La Michoacana's I've been too from near Los Banos to Santa Barbara and in-between this location has it all. And this place is well kept up and very clean! They also offer a rewards membership type thing where you get points on your purchases that will eventually end up in some nice discounts and free ice cream as well! So if your in the area (near the Walmart) in Santa Fe Springs off of Telegraph stop by! Ice cream is so damn good and very vibrant in flavor! As I mentioned a great variety big flavors (they actually have blueberry Ice cream on a stick as well as kiwi and get this, avocado! that's right , 🥑 avocado! Haven't braved myself up enough but to try that one! One thing that I don't get is that the place is Called La Michocana Classic NOT La Michoacana Premium as it says on google maps. Go figure.

They literally have the best ice cream! So many flavors and items to choose from. I’ve tried so many but one of my favs is still the cheese ice cream. Sounds weird but it is really good. Reminds me of cheesecake. They keep me coming back.
