Even better than I remember! They’ve really gone above and beyond. The staff is friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and their flavored lemonades are a must. They even brought us cute and tasty little “palate cleansers”. They were cheese. Cheese is always a plus in my book. Definitely worth a visit! Corinne was helpful making the reservation. Our server Ashley was outstanding. Very attentive and friendly. The Baseball Steak was super-tender. This place is AMAZING! My husband and I were doing a challenge to try somewhere new to us and we came across this place. When we walked in the staff were friendly and professional. Our waitress, Kaitlynn, was so attentive to our needs and made the whole new experience one we will forever remember. The food was immaculate and cooked just right. I got the tenderloin medallions and my husband got the salmon fillet. Each dish was delicious and we ate every bite. Then we ended with the vanilla bean cheesecake which was so divine. My husband and I LOVE this place!! We first visited the night of our wedding engagement (1.5 years ago). Ben was our server and went above and beyond to make our night magical. Our experience was so stellar that it is now our go-to restaurant for special events/holidays! To top it all off, Ben remembers us every time we come and even treated us to a free dessert for Valentine’s Day (Ashley was our server this time and she was also amazing)! Went to La Jolla Groves for a Valentine's Day date (a couple of days before, to avoid crowds). The atmosphere and service are what sets this place apart from other restaurants. I felt like the servers and everyone involved were super friendly and polite. The restaurant itself is beautiful - there are these lemon grove trees around you and the lighting is just perfect. You really feel like you're escaping and in a different kind of place for the time that you're there. You kind of have to understand that this is more up-scale dining, so it's going to be smaller portions at a more expensive price. With that understanding, this place is really great. It's designed to be a four-course meal, and while the entrees were smaller portion sizes, my wife and I left feeling pretty full after the first 2 courses (appetizer, rolls, soup/salad). The reasons why you would want to go to La Jolla Groves are: - You want to go on a romantic dinner to a beautifully atmospheric restaurant. - You want to be waited upon by super (and I mean super) friendly staff. - You want pretty decent food. Not the greatest in the world, but definitely good for the price. - You expect to pay at least 70-100 dollars for 2 people (or more, we didn't buy alcohol and we spent around $100 not including the tip). This is a fancy restaurant - individual portions are smaller than R&R BBQ next door, but you get a completely different experience. That being said, if you've never gone to a fancy restaurant before, this is a great place to start. Just have $100 bucks ready if you want the full experience for two people. La Jolla Grove has become me and my wife's celebration spot over the years. This last time the food was amazing, wait staff were on top of everything and accommedating. They helped us celebrate the gender reveal of our first baby and were willing to change up the desserts to add different colors and help surprise us! Very grateful and love this restaurant! Went for our wedding anniversary, All the staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was amazing, the drinks were really good. They brought out a complementary cheesecake for our anniversary, and we got the lemon cake as well, both were fantastic. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best dinner experience Ive ever had in Provo. The food was superb- note the bruschetta pictured- to die for. We tried some of everything and the staff members were all beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The setting and atmosphere are something out of a fairytale; a starlit California lemon grove. Cute and quiet little restaurant. If you’re looking for some classy and comfortable dining, this is it. Portions are really small. Our group had reservations for 6:45pm on a Saturday night. Some of us got there early (about 6:30) and we were immediately lead to our table which was super nice. We were able to order drinks and our food pretty quickly. They bring out bread and butter for every table. We had the best server! However, that’s when it all turned. We ordered at 7pm and didn’t get our food until 8:15. Our food came and had great presentation but it was all cold the two of us that ordered the lemon chicken found it pink and undercooked. Out of the 7 meals ordered, 4 were sent back. We were told it would be another 20-25 minutes for replacement plates and told that many other dining parties were having the same experience. Our server took our meals off the bills but no manager ever came to talk to us about our experience. We were there for a birthday dinner and everyone had to get their desserts to go. I wish I could recommend the food, the lemon chicken sounded so good. The sauce on the chicken has a very strong fresh squeezed lemon taste and not a lot else. Aside from being cold, the mashed potatoes didn’t have any flavor which is likely to be on purpose in order to combat the tartness of the sauce. One of the girls ordered the tomato soup and it looked delicious. She said it was really good. The wedge salad was also super good. I’ve heard great things about this place and was honestly a little sad to have such an experience. For the price you pay per person, I expected a little more.
