Would give it zero stars if it were possible. The only place in Nicaragua I've ever felt unwelcomed was here. The owners are fundamentalist Christians and apparently they sized us up as "sinners" and basically refused to serve us. Or rather, we eventually came to that conclusion when, after an hour's wait, our drinks hadn't arrived. And, by the way, those drinks had to be non-alcoholic as they don't serve liquor due to their religious beliefs--so notwithstanding the photo posted in another review, you won't find Toña or any other beer here.
