Worth 5 stars! Great service and great location. The food was exceptional! The mushrooms over the bruschetta.....divine! Loved every moment we were in the restaurant and if we had been afforded the time would have returned for dinner; alas the Island Princess awaits. We had a lovely sunday dinner at La Fontana, last evening in Visby before our ferry. The sun was perfect, the waitress and her colleagues was so warm and kind to us and our baby. We had a glass of red wine and a glass of non alcoholic sparkling wine. To eat we had pasta, bigoli con gamberetti and fettuccine a la fontana. The food was really delicious and we will come back soon again I hope. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 200–300

Sitting right here and had a very delicious Lamm meal. The meat was perfect to the point cooked, the potatos were very spicy 👌and I never ate a more delicious tzatziki 😋 The ale, a Whisby Lager was good, too - of course 😉 I'm not hungry anymore and so the price is ok 👍

My visit to La Fontana was a complete disaster. Despite waiting for an extended period, we never received any of the food we ordered. The service was atrocious, and the staff seemed disinterested in our experience. I cannot recommend La Fontana to anyone after this disappointing visit. We came in for dinner and lunch. Extremely professional service. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Pasta is delicious and there is nearly no waiting time.
