I made reservations for 2 for 8pm and I got there 10 of 8 and my table was ready . I was upset cause the table was very small . I felt like I had no space.I started complaining to my boyfriend right away and then I felt like the bread was burnt and very hard. But when my waitress by the name of Kayla. came and introduced herself she had a beautiful smile and was so professional. I felt so comfortable. I had so many questions from drinks to appetizers to dinner and she always had a great suggestion. I took her advise to everything. She was great .she was checking on us alot. The plate she suggested was awsome and my the margarita that she also suggested was real good. So from me being disappointed at first Kayla made my evening end with a great smile 😃. I also work with the public so her customer service was rated from us a 10 plus plus. Ty Ms. Kayla for your service. I recommend this place to everyone. The food is to die for.. . Good food, and even better bread!!! Service was good and Jessica was very nice. It was a busy night,the place was pretty full and we still got drinks, entree's and a dessert within an hour. Bread (on the house), then a yummy salad to start. Chicken parmigiana- perfection as always. It comes with angel hair but you can sub it out if you'd like. W/ a couple mojitos- eh- almost positive they were out of mint. My first glass came w/ 3 pieces of lime w a few pieces of mint. I was hoping if I asked for only one slice of lime in the 2nd glass, there'd be more mint - but there wasn't. I would've rather them just let me know & I would've changed my drink up. Ended the night with an espresso martini- which came with Hershey's syrup drizzled on the glass. Which does change the taste a lot from an original espresso martini- in case you don't like chocolate. We've been there a couple times, the food is usually pretty good, four star plates. The seating is always a bit squished between beams, which is not the most comfortable. This time we went had the appetizer sampler, Veal Florentine, Chicken marsala, Chicken Saltimbocca, and kids pasta/meatballs. Initially food wasn’t placed correctly by server apparently. They apologized, No problem it happens. Most in my party were just about finished by the time my meal arrived. 14oz pork chop. When it finally arrived initial bites tasted good (on the outside edges) but unfortunately for me the next was not. I should have trusted my gut and spit it out, large party of 10 and I wasn’t looking at the center cut. It was raw in the center!!! Haven’t felt right since. Manager (through server) did offer something else and removed from bill but at that point damage was done, my stomach was turned and everyone else was finished. I would not have been able to eat nor wanted another meal. It was cool to the touch in the center. Gross!! Expensive night with family and friends to leave sickened by what I ate .
