Absolutely light and delectable cheesecakes! Keep your eye out for her seasonal ones also; her pumpkin in the fall is scrumptious! Bonnie is amazingly responsive and willing to work with you. With her reasonable pricing, and amazing cheesecakes, I highly recommend ordering one for your next event or meeting. That's what I did (yummy salted caramel), and it was a huge hit with everyone. Bonnie truly makes the best dessert in town! I have not had one of her cheesecakes yet that I haven't loved. They seem lighter than a normal rich cheesecake and are so delicious. I cannot actually find the words to describe how good this cheesecake was. Heavenly? The texture, the presentation, the experience of ordering and picking up…the entire start (craving) to finish (so satisfied) was simply top shelf, chef’s kiss. I contacted Bonnie with my cheese cake order with little time to spare. She immediately responded & said it would be ready the next morning! I admit that I didn't share too many pieces with my friends...it was just tooooo good.
