You haven’t had great catfish peppersoup or nkwobi until you’ve tried La Damme’s. The flavour is amazing! Arguably the best I have tasted in Lagos. Served piping hot, be ready to dig in with spoons and hands. You’ve been warned
Very awesome place. Local and continental dishes are available. They have a second branch at LL Zone no 41 Adebayo Doherty street (road 14) Lekki Phase 1. Cosy. Grand. Ambience. More menus. A place to be. Breakfast, launch and dinner are their selling powers
These guys cook so well and I've never been anywhere that gives you exotic varieties at the price that La Damme does and still sustains an exceptional taste.
Wonderful setting with a dimly lit restaurant perfect for dates, and group hangouts, an executive bar lounge upstairs and a traditionally styled Bush bar if that's what you fancy. Don't even get me started on the menu. The Isi Ewu is a whole new experience and they actually give you the complete goat head in two servings, none of those half served portione Nigerians are accustomed to. There's also catfish grilled or as pepper soup, a variety of suya (Ram, gizzard, cow, shaki etc), Nkwobi, shawarma among others.
So we were on a frolic of our own last night and this was one of the places we visited. I tried the barbecue catfish and it was really very delicious. I detest the fact that it came in an aluminum foil because I've read so much that's very toxic to the body. The staff were friendly and the environment was neat and tidy. I will visit again soon :)
Just few lounges are available in Lekki where you take Nwobi and the likes 24/7. LA Damme is the ATM of restaurant always available to meet your needs.
Business discussion, hanging out with leads, chit chat with colleagues. Boy! Give this place a trial a major challenge is access for disabled persons at car park, toilets and entrance doors.
But their reception is top notch to cater for such if needed.
A place to chill, listen to good music. Live bands also. The barbecue fish is great as well as the isiewu and nkwobi, not leaving out the spiced pepper goat meat
