Had the fajita burrito and it was delicious & huge. Great bang for your buck! Also had the special on the kiwi margarita and it was incredible. I haven't been here in a long time. We stopped by on a Sunday when our original choice for Mexican was closed. Lucky for us. Wow! The food was great. The service was great. We had a really good Margarita. Dinner was beef tacos and enchiladas for me. Perfect! Their seasoned ground beef is amazing. My wife had a burrito with a unique tangy green sauce that was super tasty! Several servers checked on us frequently and all were very pleasant! Food came out fast and sizzling hot. The first time I ate here, I was unsure of their food, but I came back and tried it again. Some of their dishes are hit or miss, but when you get a hit, it's a big hit. I would highly recommend their pollo la Costa. Also, each time I have been here the service has been amazing, and the atmosphere was great, including on Cinco De Mayo when they were slammed. This review is for my mom. She and my step dad visit them for dinner usually once a week. It is one of few restaurants they can safely eat at due to my mom's food needs. My parents rave about their amazing service, kind servers, and fantastic food. My mom recently asked if they could make a sugar free margaritas and they went out of their way to do it for her. She felt safe and was so happy they were able to accommodate her. I thank you all for taking care of my mom and giving her a safe place to eat. Food was outstanding! Ordered the Chimichanga small plate and added a couple of beef tacos, all were excellent! Other person in my party ordered chicken fajitas and indicated they were some of the best they ever had. Highly recommend this place! Food was good. Service was okay. He was gone for a long time and only delivered the beans and rice plate without telling us there was a longer wait on the molcajete. Went here on a date night. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the flautas. My man ordered a michelada and shrimp fajitas. The drinks were amazing! Both were huge and delicious! His fajitas were great and my flautas were just ok- not the best but not the worse. Service was good but other than that the only thing that was memorable was the drinks ! This is the place for Mexican food in Casper! I have had a few different dishes here and they all taste delicious and comes out hot. The chips, salsa and bean dip are a great start.
