The food is not good, the chicken had a smell and the refried beans were super reheated, they were not fresh. My experience was not pleasant

Was able to take my wife tonight for her first time and my second. We had a nice guacamole and chips, Gina had the Tricolor which is three soft corn shell tacos with three flavors and meats, chicken with red sauce, pork black bean sauce, beef with a green sauce, all covered in cheese. Very tasty variety.
I had the Tacos suiza with chicken, it was the same as the taco with green sauce my wife had. Items cooked with flavor but not spice. Hot sauce available or you can request it spicy when you order.

I've been trying to eat here for at least a year and only today found it open. Guess my timing was off previously, or it was a message from up above because believe me, it certainly didn't live up to my expectations. I'll give them the doubt that maybe other things on the menu are better than the burrito I chose, but the problem is I may never know because I won't be coming back. They go way overboard on their use of tomatos. I like tomatos, a lot, but not THAT much. I actually requested the mixed burrito that ordinarily comes with chicken, beef and pork but requested pork only. Maybe it was my mistake for assuming but I expected that they would put triple pork and just leave off the beef and chicken. Nope. There was hardly even any pork to speak of inside. Very very little. Almost entirely refried beans, oh ... and tomatos. Tons and tons of tomatos. Nice flavor, don't get me wrong, and tons of cheese, but not a substantial amount of meat. And I like meat.

Very good host and service but I think the chef is missing. I got a burrito and it felt like it was made in microwave and my friend ordered soup and it was from can heated in microwave. Sorry can't recommend it.

Service was good, but 2 stars because the food sucks. Ny family and myself are from Southern California. It's a blessing and a curse because we grew up with access to delicious authentic Mexican food, but because of this that means whenever we travel together we are often dissapointed EVERY time we eat at a "Mexican Restaurant" anywhere that isn't Southern California.
Only decent thing they had here was the chips and guacamole, but other than that the food was over priced for what you're getting in terms of quality and quantity. Quesedilla is sad, if you get a meat one don't bother, it's all cheese anyways.
Rolled tacos did not have the standard of toppings even the smallest hole in the wall in Southern California would have.
If you don't have taste buds and never had Mexican food than you'll probably think it's great. Unfortunately for us we have been blessed and know what Mexican food is amd tastes like.
For Panama, the Mexican food is good. Fresh ingredients, good refried black beans good service. I would go back again. Just not the good Mexican cuisine we get in California or Mexico. Great atmosphere!
