I visited La Carreta at lunchtime and caught the lunch specials. I ordered the Taco Salad. The shell had a really good flavor, and it was loaded with ground beef. The server was very sweet and checked on me several times. The ladies' restroom was clean. Unfortunately, one of the faucets would not shut off, and it looked like it had been that way for a while. There was plenty of parking. This location is not too far off of the interstate, so it's an option for travelers as well as locals. I was working in the area that day, and this was my first time eating there. I had an enjoyable meal. Cheddars next door was packed so we decided to give La Carreta a try. We were seated immediately and our waiter Ruth was so amazing, kind, and attentive. On top of that, everyone in our party was very satisfied with their meals. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very cute restaurant! The food was a bit bland, specifically the salsa and beans. Not sure what happened to the tamales but they were broken apart and had no corn husk; similarly, the chili relleno didn't seem to be a poblano or coated before being fried. Food and service were fabulous, but the restaurant plays very loud music and the decor is extremely visually noisy. The walls aren't too bad, but the tables are so covered in advertisements that it's hard to see your plate in the visual static. Definitely get their food, but get it to go. The chicken chimichangas are especially good, and their in house salsa and guacamole are delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I work at Group home and we'd had a long day down in Pigeon Forge and we stopped to end our day at LaCaretta! We enjoyed the food, great as usual, the staff is always wonderful and quick to offer you refills. Thank you for the perfect ending to a great day. This particular location is our favorite one. Generally, you are seated quickly and served quickly. The food is always delicious. Occasionally, the waitstaff can be a little lax in refilling drink orders or bringing the bill to you when you are ready. But that is less than 10% of the time. We find it to be one of our go-to restaurants as they are convenient, fast, have delicious food and are reasonably priced. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
