Food was good, atmosphere was nice, bt the Service was HORRIBLE! Very disappointing and completely unnecessary. This could be a great neighborhood restaurant or highway stop, but it can't become a regular place to eat with such rude people who work in the dining room. Sorry! (Not sorry...) Hands down the BEST MEXICAN food in the Triad, the Piedmont and possible the state. Everything from the chips and salsa to the entrees and the most flavorful beans I’ve ever had… ever. It is soo good and consistently so. Thank you La Carreta! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The notifications for online orders comes through saying the order is ready. You roll up to get the order and instead of friendly service they yell at you, call you a liar and threaten to call the cops on you. Just really unprofessional in how they deal with the public that makes it possible for them to stay in business. I have worked in food service and the restaurant industry before, so I know how it goes. I understand the technology behind it. To be treated in such a piss poor manner is unacceptable. There are far better restaurants to do business with. For the record I wasn't threatening anyone or anything. The Staff kept lying about when the food would be ready. Saying the food would be ready in minute doesn't mean 10 minutes. They had me sitting there for 40 minutes before they even started the order. Everything in the management response is a lie. I have video and eyewitness accounts to back that up as well as an admission from restaurant staff to doordash personally admitting to such. The staff here are terrible Service: 1

Excellent Mexican restaurant. Beer was cold and big. Chips and salsa were tasty. Had the tacos al pastor. Excellent with a traditional flavor and texture with just the right amount of pineapple. I sat at the bar and while they were very busy, I had service when I needed it.

Great food - we sampled a variety of dishes and enjoyed them all. Restaurant was slammed by a huge crowd from a nearby sports tournament when we visited, but staff remained professional and served everyone in reasonable time for the circumstances.
