Disappointed in my visit. Had reservations and had to wait an extra 35 min to get seated. The employees were nice but waiting that long is not acceptable with reservations. The alcoholic drinks weren’t good to me but the coffees were. The food was tasty and well portioned but it took 45 min to get the first 2 dishes out. We were 6 people and instead of the food coming out all at once or within a few min it took 15 min between the first and last(mine) dish. Now our server was ok. He didn’t come to check on us past 1 time. But he did add chocolate to my croissants when I asked if they had chocolate croissants which they don’t. Not happy with my visit and would not come back for the price and overall experience Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Chicken & Waffles

Cute brunch spot. We had a good time except we sat for too long before being attended. We had to ask who and where our server was. I had the vegan platter. My only complaint is that it’s not worth $21. It was missing a vegan protein (beans, Beyond or Impossible sausage, vegan egg etc.). My friend had the salmon and loved it. Waffles were good. I had an Irish coffee and it was well made. If I go back, I’ll prob only get the waffles. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful brunch today (February 24, 2024)) as well as weekday dinner out two weeks ago and a family dinner on Christmas Eve! We have been fans of La Belle Vie for years and it seems like they have successfully made it through a rocky patch with the ownership transitioning. We love working with servers Jayla and Gavin and the owner Chae is very accommodating! Some new dishes have been added and some wonderful favorites are coming back(Love the grilled shrimp, spinach, gruyere cheese and béchamel sauce dish beautifully ensconced in a light crepe which I enjoyed today as my husband enjoyed his French Onion Soup and savory Shrimp and Grits...although the Fried Chicken Biscuit is his fave) Brunch is always fabulous(they KNOW how to do a great Espresso Martini) and hope other diners try them again or for the first time soon! A nice restaurant for a date. We took another couple there for dinner tonight. Price ok for the somewhat elevated experience. Nice staff, tasty food. Not super creative menu, but we do go back every now and again. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, with patio seating. Service was a bit slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The butter croissants came out warm and flaky, but stayed in the oven a tad too long. I may stop for lunch if in the area again. I had fish & grits with a side of scrambled eggs. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fresh Baked Mini Croissants
Our weekend brunch just got perfected. The food quality was top notch. Well presented dishes with full taste of every single ingredients. Chicken in the fried chicken sandwich was super crunch. The little jam/sauce in the sandwich was very good. The staff is very friendly and kind. The place was packed when we arrived there 15 min after the opening time. Strongly, I recommend to make a reservation. Coffee (brewed) is $5.90. You can just get a cup of latte.

This place used to be very good. I read a couple of reviews saying how it's not as good after the change of management/ownership but was willing to give it a try for my birthday brunch with family. Sure enough, those reviews are correct. My buttermilk chicken was overcooked and dry plus the batter not as crispy and fresh as it was before. My dad enjoyed his shrimp and grits and the croissant side order was good. My mom's hated her smoked salmon dish....Service was not bad and my hazelnut coffee was good but very expensive. Overall it's definitely not a place I would go back nor recommended to anyone now. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Fresh Baked Mini Croissants
Awesome dinner, cocktails, & wine. Great service, food, and ambiance. Some more space for them and darker lit would be awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed menu. Lots to choose from, for sure. Can’t wait to go back soon. Had an awesome dinner with special people. Foodie place for sure, romantic, awesome. Evidently the name stands for Life is Beautiful in French. Makes sense here.

Went here for a birthday brunch. I had the Benedict, was not very tasty as it wasn’t seasoned well, just very bland. The fried potatoes were seasoned and very tasty as was the side salad. Meal type Brunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is a hidden gem brunch place. Their confit burger was something else. It was very delicious. Other foods were good too, but the highlight was the burger. Service was on top. Big shout-out to Nene who was our server and did such a great job helping us. Atmosphere was a chill vibe of a brunch cafe. My party sat outside on a nice day and it was a great start of a day.
