John and I love to come to Spring Training every year. We usually go eat at the same spots but this year we decided to try something different. La Bamba Tacos were amazing. The atmosphere was great and the owner was an inspiration. Edson Garcia used to be homeless but through God’s grace he overcame adversity and through his restaurant he helps those that struggle with their own adversities. Best Taco place in Arizona!! The owner working his own place with his employees speaks of how much he cares for his bussines. Service is amazing and the food is 10 of 10 with out a doubt. Definitely recommending this place to anyone. You won't be disappointed, I promise you!! A unique and pleasant surprise. If you come here expect restaurant wait times as food is made fresh and to order. My favorite tacos were surprisingly the asada and chicken. Those are usually my least favorite because they have usually lacked flavor. These two were delicious. The pastor and fish tacos were both very good as well. Each taco had great balance of flavors. The one negative would be the Watermelon Aguas Frescas. It was really bland. Excited to go back!
