I especially loved the staff here they're so nice. The bartender even gave us a plate of fruits on the house.
We had 2 customised cocktails, even though they just have basic spirits like Vodka, Chivas etc. They managed to make decent drinks and the price is unexpectedly cheap (80k/drink). I've never spent that little going to a bar/lounge/pub in VN.
The only thing that's not my style too much is the atmosphere + music cause it's very upbeat while I prefer something a bit more chill. But that's just my personal preference.
I do recommend everyone to visit Kyoto Lounge while you're in QB for a change of ambience. Quang Binh doesn't have many places like this one. Just sit at the counter next to the bartender if you don't wanna be adjacent to the craze of Vietnamese people.

Friendly staff. I think if it was friday or saturday night it would be more people. But considering Dong Hoi is a small town it’s quite a good place if you want to have some fun in a club.
